The Help screen answers questions about using Potty Whiz from our help articles, and connects you with our team when it can't.
Help is free, works whether or not you are signed in, and needs an internet connection.
Open Help
- Tap the Help icon (the question mark) at the top left of the home screen, or
- Tap the gear icon at the top right, then tap Help.
Ask a question

Talk to a person
- When an answer doesn't solve your problem, tap Talk to a person under it.
It also shows after you tap thumbs down.
Your question is passed on, so you don't have to type it again.
- You can also tap Contact us at the top of Help at any time.
Either one opens a chat with our support team.
Questions about your child's data
Help answers questions about how the app works.
It can't see what you've logged.
For questions like "How many accidents did she have this week?", use the Potty Whiz Assistant:
- In Help, tap Ask the Assistant.
It shows on the welcome screen, and under an answer when your question is about what you've logged.
- If you have more than one child and your question doesn't name one, pick a child under Which child?.
The Assistant opens with your question typed in.
It is part of Premium and needs you to be signed in.
On the free plan the button says Unlock the Assistant and shows the Premium plans.
See How to use the Potty Whiz Assistant.
