Your team is the people who share your children in Potty Whiz.
Only the account owner, the person who added the children, can manage the team.
You need to be signed in.
See your team
- Tap the gear icon at the top right of the dashboard.
- Tap My Account, then My Team.
You see everyone who joined your team.
Type in Search... to find someone.
To invite someone new, tap Add Member.

Choose which children each person can see
A new member can see all your children, including children you add later.
To change that:
- On My Team, tap the person.
- Under Access, uncheck a child to hide it from them, or check it to share it again.
Changing access needs Premium on your own account.
When you uncheck a child, it disappears from their dashboard the next time their app syncs, and they stop getting notifications about that child.
Remove someone from your team
- On My Team, tap the person.
- Tap the three dots at the top right, then tap Delete.
- You see "Disable sharing on this account?"
Tap Yes.
Your children disappear from their phone the next time their app syncs.
The entries they logged stay with your children.
What team members can and can't do
Team members can:
- See the children you share with them.
- Log, edit and delete entries for those children, including entries you logged.
- Set their own reminders.
Only the person who set a reminder can change it, and other people's reminders show who set them.
- Talk to the team in Team Chat.
Team members can't:
- Edit or delete your children.
- Invite people to your team or change who can see which child.
If you have Premium, your team members get Premium features too.

Leave someone else's team
- Tap the gear icon, then My Account, then Other Teams.
- Tap the person whose team you want to leave.
- Tap the three dots at the top right, then tap Delete.
- You see "Remove yourself from this team?"
Tap Yes.
Troubleshooting
- "You are currently on a free plan. Inviting other members is a premium feature and will soon be disabled for your account. Tap here to upgrade and continue using this feature."
Your Premium has ended.
Tap the message to upgrade.
Your members stay on your team, but they lose the Premium features your subscription gave them.
- Tapping a checkbox opens the upgrade screen.
Choosing which children each person can see needs Premium on your own account.
- "Error loading members"
Check your internet connection, then pull down on the list to refresh.
- Someone I removed can still see my child.
The change reaches their phone when their app syncs.
It happens the next time they open Potty Whiz with an internet connection.
- "No members in your team. Invite others to join."
Nobody has joined yet.
Tap Add Member to send an invite.
