You can attach photos and videos to any activity, such as a sticker chart or a proud moment on the potty.
Photos and videos need Premium.
On the free plan, tapping Add photo or the video + opens the upgrade screen.

- Repeat for more photos, then tap Save.
You can add up to 5 photos to one activity, one at a time.

- Tap +, then tap Camera or Gallery.
- Tap Save.
You can add up to 3 videos to one activity.
When you record with the camera, a video can be up to 5 minutes long.

It's removed right away.
Uploading and storage
- Photos and videos are saved on your phone first.
When you're signed in and online, they upload in the background so your family can see them.
- Videos are compressed before they upload.
- To save mobile data, turn on Sync Media Only On Wi-Fi in Settings (gear icon, then Settings).
- To see how much space they use, or to remove local copies that are already backed up, use Manage Storage in Settings.
See How to change Potty Whiz settings.
Troubleshooting
- "You have uploaded the maximum photos allowed for an activity.": the activity already has 5 photos (or 3 videos).
Remove one, or add the rest to another entry.
- The upgrade screen opens when I tap Add photo: photos and videos are part of Premium.
See What's free and what's premium in Potty Whiz.
- A photo doesn't show on another phone yet: it may still be uploading.
Check that you're signed in and online, and that Sync Media Only On Wi-Fi isn't holding it back.
