# What's free and what's in Fever Whiz Premium

Logging doses, temperatures and symptoms is always free. Premium adds more children, your whole family, the assistant and report sharing; open Settings, then Fever Whiz Premium, to choose a plan.

## Always free

- Logging doses, temperatures, symptoms and notes, as often as you need.
- Seeing when the next-dose window opens for each medication on your child's screen.
- Tracking an illness with **Episodes**.
- Your child's log and the **Activities** list.
- One child and one reminder.
- Backup and sync across your phones, once you are signed in.
- **Help**, with answers from our help articles and a way to contact us.

## Most loved in Premium

- **Your whole family**: give your partner, a grandparent or a sitter access to your children, so everyone sees the same doses, temperatures and symptoms, and message them about your child.
- **All your children**: add every child, each with their own log.
- **The assistant**: tap **Ask about** on your child's screen to ask about everything you've logged, like when the last dose was given.
- **Share a Report**: a PDF or CSV of your child's temperatures, medications and symptoms for your pediatrician.

## Does my account include Premium?

When you tap a feature with a yellow star, Fever Whiz shows you the next step:

- If the feature opens, your account includes Premium.
- If it shows **Unlock Fever Whiz** with the plans, the feature needs Premium.
- If it asks you to sign in, sign in.
  If your account includes Premium, the feature unlocks; if not, you see the plans.

If you already have every feature, you don't need to buy anything.

## How to get Premium

1. On the home screen, tap the gear icon to open the menu.
2. Tap **Settings**.
3. Tap **Fever Whiz Premium**.
4. Choose a plan and tap **Continue**.

You don't need to sign in to buy Premium.
Sign in afterwards to use the assistant, to share Premium with your family and to keep it on your other phones.

## Try it free

If you haven't had a free trial before, a plan may start with a 3-day free trial.
Apple or Google shows the trial before you confirm.
To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

## Your family shares your Premium

Caregivers you invite into your account get the Premium features for your children too.
They don't need to buy their own subscription.

## Manage, cancel or restore

- To manage or cancel your subscription, open **Settings** and tap **Fever Whiz Premium**.
  You can also cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
- If you bought Premium before, for example on another phone, tap **Restore Previous Purchases** at the bottom of the plans.

## Troubleshooting

- **A feature is still locked after you bought Premium:** close and reopen Fever Whiz.
  If it is still locked, open the plans and tap **Restore Previous Purchases**.
- **Fever Whiz asks you to sign in after you bought Premium:** the assistant and your family need an account.
  Sign in, and your purchase moves to your account.
